Flat Rate After Warranty Service Plan, the original
purchaser of a Navman product* will have his instrument
repaired to its original specifications for no more than a
maximum rate, for the first 5 years after the warranty
period has expired.
This
new Service Plan is completely free of
charge.
One
condition only: register the
warranty no later than 3 months from date of purchase and
send it back to the local Plastimo-Navman dealer or register
directly on the Plastimo Website / “services” / “register
your warranty card”.
This
exclusive Plastimo-Navman service is of particularly good
value in comparison to the real repair cost and offers a
5-year extension of service in addition to the 2 -year
warranty period.

These rates may
fluctuate, depending on the spare parts costs. The rate
charged will be the one in force at the time the product is
repaired.
Repairs made under this Service Plan include a
warranty of 90 days on the repairs, effective from the date
of return of the product.
To claim under the Service
Plan, you must return the product to a Service Centre
approved by Plastimo with proof of purchase. You will be
responsible for all shipping and insurance charges both to
and from the Service Centre.
This Service Plan does not
apply to products that have been damaged or rendered
defective:
- as a result of
incorrect installation, misuse, accident, water damage,
abuse or other external cause
- by modification
or service other than by Navman.
