Dear Customer, thank you for purchasing a NAVMAN product.

IMPORTANT :
In consideration of this warranty, the original owner (You) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

General : Navman warrants to you that the accompanying products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase (Warranty Period).

Exclusion : SPEED, DEPTH, WIND and FUEL Transducers operate in extreme environments and often under conditions beyond the Navman's control.
As such, these transducers are warranted for one (1) year against defects in material or workmanship and the Flat Rate After Warranty Service Plan does not apply to these items. To claim under this warranty, you must return the product to a service centre approved by NAVMAN with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. NAVMAN will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product or its components at no cost to you. This is your exclusive remedy for defective products.

Limitations : This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged or rendered defective :

• As a result of incorrect installation, misuse, accident, water damage, abuse or other external cause;

• By modification or service other than by Navman.

Navman will not be liable in any event for any consequential or indirect loss or damage. Except as expressly set out in this warrantly, Navman makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If any limitation or exclusion of liability in this warranty is invalid and NAVMAN becomes liable for loss or damage that would otherwise have been excluded, such liability will be limited to the total amount actually paid by you for the product.

Local law :
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country. To the extend that this warranty is inconsistent with the laws of a state or country, this warranty will be deemed to be modified to be consistent with such laws.

Governing Language :
This warranty statement, any instruction manuals, user guides and other information relating to the product (Documentation) may be translated to, or has been translated from, another language (Translation). In the event of any conflict between any Translation of the Documentation , the English language version of the Documentaton will be the official version of the Documentaion.
