It's very important that you duly complete and return this card as soon as you purchase your liferaft.

Plastimo will register your details ans serial number in our Liferaft Database.

This ensures added safety and easier identification in the event of an air and sea search. It also allows tracking of your serial number through our Service Stations in the event of your liferaft being stolen.

Warranty conditions :
The lifetime of the raft is 12 years.
It begins as from the date of its installation on the ship, on condition that the time lapse between the packing date of the raft and the date of installation does not exceed 12 months

This liferaft is guaranted for 12 years if the compulsory servicing is done at the right time and in a station authorized by Plastimo (click on "liferaft servicing stations around the world).
Any operation carried out by an unauthorised service station will no be covered by Plastimo's responsability and guarantee.

Service of the liferaft :

• every year for all leisure boats.

• The first inspection must be carried out in a 3 years' time lapse.
